A weekend in Berlin
Two hundred student founders. One weekend. Zero polishing of pitch decks.
Enactus is the world's largest student entrepreneurship initiative. Driven entirely by volunteers, our chapters build social ventures that tackle pressing societal, economic and environmental challenges.
By combining entrepreneurial action with honest reflection, we contribute to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. Real work, local roots, global intent.

Innovation does not start with a product. It starts with us.
We often talk about the Enact in Enactus. The ENtrepreneurship. The ACTion. The impact. We are driven by the urge to create change. We build, we hustle, we try to solve global problems.
But this weekend, instead of polishing pitch decks, we invest in the people behind them.

We structure the weekend around three things that rarely share a room. Honest connection. Radical compassion. Entrepreneurial action. All three get equal weight.

We are learning to balance our ambition to change the world with the necessity to take care of ourselves. Sustainable impact needs healthy leaders.

We are gathering 200 of Germany's most entrepreneurial students for a weekend in Berlin. From mental resilience and team culture to the final project pitches, we are shaping the responsible leaders of tomorrow.
